Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Shipping Time:
Delivery time depends on your location:

  • EU & UK: 5–12 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, holidays, or courier delays.


🚚 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be displayed on our store if available.


🌐 International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Some restrictions may apply if the courier cannot deliver to your area.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply based on local regulations.


📮 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

❗ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We follow our store’s main Refund Policy, which includes:

  • 30-day return window

  • Item must be unworn/unused and in original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


📦 Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.
If a wrong address is entered, Fitalist is not responsible for lost packages.

If you need to correct your address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering.
